PROCEDURE: Network/Local Authentication needs to be enabled. Go to Properties Security -Authentication Configuration  Authentication.
To Configure the Authentication Server - Go to Properties - Security - Authentication Server. 
To create users Go to Properties - Security - Local User Information Database -- Can only create passwords for local users when both Authentication and Authorization are set to local.
To Enable Convenience Authentication Go to Properties - Security - Authentication Configuration - Authentication.
To setup CA Go to Properties - Security - Device User Interface Authentication

Note: to test NTLM v2- You would select SMB on the WUI.  The client auto negotiates with the server.  Need to talk to your SA about forcing the server to v1 or v2.
