PROCEDURE: 1. Launch CWIS. (Log in as Administrator)
2. Go to Properties-> Connectivity -> Protocols -> HTTP page
3. Click on Web Services Tab. 
4. Disable some of the Web services and let some Web services be Enabled.
5. Confirm that all the Web services listed in the HTTP page should be reflected in the Web UI configuration reports (Properties -> General Setup -> Configuration Report) with their correct configuration states (Enabled/Disabled)
