TESTCASE_HEADLINE: An IPP Exception option shall be provided via the Web UI when network accounting is enabled and print validation is ‘yes with exceptions’.

PROCEDURE: 1: From the device WEBUI, navigate through to Properties->Login / Permissions / Accounting.\
2:  Under "Current Accounting Method" dropdown, select Network Accouting and Save.\
3: Click on Edit under "Validation Policies / Print Job Exceptions" in Configuration Settings,  Enable Validation for Accouting codes and select "Validate Accouting codes" as "yes with Exceptions" and select "IPP Exception Mode" under "Exceptions for Jobs Not Containing an Accounting Code" and save.\
4: Submit an ipp print Job from from MAC PC without accounting codes.  by following the steps mentioned in "Using IPP tool without accounting codes" test procedure. \
5: Try submitting the ipp print job from IPAD by following the steps mentioned in 'print_IPP_ job_from_IOS_device' test procedure.

OUTPUT: With IPP Exception enabled, the Xerox device shall allow printing of documents from IPP sources that do not contain Accounting Codes.
