With Guest mode disabled, Designated Source Mode Exceptions not defined and IPP Exceptions enabled to allow jobs with invalid codes and with no accounting codes submitted from the print job and from the job source matching a defined exception.

2: User executes the steps mentioned in 'select_ XSA_accounting method'  procedure to select XSA as the current accounting method.\
3: User executes the steps mentioned in 'Clear_XSA_data' procedure.\
4: IPP tool is installed on the MAC PC.
5. Setup "default accounting by following the steps mentioned in 'Create_a_Default_account' procedure if the user wants to setup Default accounting or "Group accounting by following the steps mentioned in 'Create_a_Group_account' if t he user wants to setup group accounting procedure  or "General accounting by following the steps mentioned in 'Create_a_General_account' procedure if the user wants to setup general accounting .

PROCEDURE: 1: Disable Guest mode exception, disable designated source mode exception. Also select IPP Exception option to allow IPP print job with invalid accounting codes. \
2: Submit the ipp print job with no accounting codes and verify the job Prints and updates the ‘IPPExceptionUserId’ usage counter in Print Job Exceptions Database.

OUTPUT: 1:The ipp print jobs submitted with the no accounting codes gets printed successfully
• verify the job Prints and updates the ‘IPPExceptionUserId’ usage counter in Print Job Exceptions Database.
