PROCEDURE: Scenario 1 - Root Device

1. Login as SA In CWIS of Root(A1).
2. Go to --  Properties -- Configration file management -- Install -- Software -- Auto
3. Verify the expected results.
4. Try to Enable Auto FTP in Root A1 via SNMP
5. SNMP command to Enable/Disbale Auto FTP:
