TESTCASE_HEADLINE: Check whether job limits server can only change the state of a job, when it is held for authorization.

INPUT: 1. In CWIS login as Admin.
2. Go to Properties-> Login/Permissions/Accounting-> Accounting Methods-> Edit Accounting Methods-> Select Network Accounting under Current Accounting Method-> Save.
3. Edit Accounting Workflow-> Change the Accounting Workflow from 'Capture Usage' to 'Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage' for Copy Job.
4. Edit Job Limit Server-> Copy (http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServer.asmx) as URL-> Give some value as timeout like 30 seconds-> Save. 

PROCEDURE: 1. In LUI, perform a Copy Job-> 'Authorizing…' Screen is displayed each time with the corresponding Job ID.
2. Load the URL - http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServerPage.aspx for viewing the performed Copy Jobs.
3. User can change the state of that particular job to any of the following 4 states:
Release
Hold
Reject
Prompt
4. Check by selecting each of the above mentioned states, by performing different jobs when it is held for authorization.

OUTPUT: 2. Under Server requested state, 'Waiting' is shown for that particular job.
4. User can change the state of the job from job limit server when job is waiting in Authorizing mode in the LUI.
