  1. JBA tool should be available.

  2. Enable Confirmation Report for Workflow Scanning.
    Goto CWIS click Properties-> Apps-> Workflow Scanning-> General Settings -> Select Errors Only for Confirmation Report.

    3.Configure any file repository (FTP/SFTP/SMB/HTTP/HTTPS).
    Create a new workflow. Configure new Distribution workflow with an invalid server settings and save.
PROCEDURE:

  1. In CWIS login as Admin. Go to Properties-> Login/Permissions/Accounting-> Accounting Methods-> Edit Accounting Methods-> Select Network Accounting under Current Accounting Method-> Save.
  2. Edit Accounting Workflow-> Change the Accounting Workflow from 'Capture Usage' to 'Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage' for Scan Jobs.
  3. Edit Job Limit Server-> Copy (http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServer.asmx) as URL-> Give some value as timeout like 30 seconds-> Save.
    4.Connect device with JBA tool -> Create valid User ID and Account ID.
  4. LUI touch the workflow scanning service-> Give valid Accounting IDs->select the created invalid template and perform the scan job. Release the Job from the Job Limits Server Load the URL - http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServerPage.aspx.
  5. Verify the Error sheet was printed in the device for the job.
