<ol><li value="1">In CWIS login as Admin. Go to Properties-&amp;gt; Login/Permissions/Accounting-&amp;gt; Accounting Methods-&amp;gt; Edit Accounting Methods-&amp;gt; Select Network Accounting under Current Accounting Method-&amp;gt; Save. <br />
</li><li value="2">Edit Accounting Workflow-&amp;gt; Change the Accounting Workflow from 'Capture Usage' to 'Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage' for Scan Jobs. <br />
</li><li value="3">Edit Job Limit Server-&amp;gt; Copy (<a target="_blank" href="http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServer.asmx)">http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServer.asmx)</a> as URL-&amp;gt; Give some value as timeout like 30 seconds-&amp;gt; Save.<br />
</li><li value="4">Connect device with JBA tool -&amp;gt; Create valid User ID and Account ID.<br />
</li><li value="5">LUI touch the workflow scanning service-&amp;gt; Give valid Accounting IDs-&amp;gt;select  Scan to Mailbox and perform the job.Release the Job from the Job Limits Server Load the URL - <a target="_blank" href="http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServerPage.aspx.">http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServerPage.aspx.</a><br />

</li><li value="7">Perform another job and select Reject from the Job Limits server. Job will be deleted and Error Report have to be printed without authorization.</li></ol>

SPEC_TAG: [18.051.085] (FT-14212) [D1.0 - *] ]  When the Job Limits feature is enabled for Copy, and/or Scan,  and/or Print jobs, and the device receives a System Job or Report, then the device shall NOT attempt to generate a job estimate and request authorization approval for the given job.  The Job Limits feature shall be bypassed (per the list of System Jobs in Table 3)and the job shall print normally without requiring authorization.
