1.Set Login methods as User Name / Password Validate on the Device via CWIS->login as admin->Select Login/Permission/Accounting->Login Methods->Edit the Touch and Web User Interfaces and select User Name / Password Validate on the Device and save changes. 2.Set User Permissions as Locally on the Device-via CWIS->Login/Permission/Accounting->User Permissions. 3.Create device user via CWIS-->Select Login/Permission/Accounting->Select Device User Database->click New Add User button and Enter the Use name ,Friendly name and new & retype password and also select Permission role as System Administrator. 3.Save the changes.

PROCEDURE:

1.In CWIS->Login as created user->Select Properties->Security->Audit log and check the Automatic and schedule Automatic Log Transfer enabled checkbox and apply the changes. 2.In CWIS->Login as Admin->Select Properties->Security->Audit log->Click the Export option and download the log to your work station. 3.Unzip the auditfile.zip file and verify the event:129 for Automatic log transfer option enabled is captured in the main auditfile.txt.

OUTPUT:

The user which has admin rights should be enabled Automatic Log Transfer successfully and auditlog should captured the below information for automatic and scheduled automatic : Event ID:129 Event Description: Audit log SFTP scheduled Configure Username as device user which is logged in. Device name Device serial number Completion Status: Auto Transfer Enabled and Scheduled Transfer enabled.
