1.Make sure the device upgraded with latest D3.5 build.
2.The device WebUI should be functional.
3.Make sure devices users should be created (Assumes device users has been created by a previous test).
4.Make sure the Login-methods should be set as 'User Name / Password Validate on the Network' and user permissions method should be set as "Locally on the device".
5.Make sure SMB server should be configured in the device.
6.Make sure the User permissions role should be created (Assumes an existing role has been created by a previous test).
Scenario 1:
1.Navigate to CWIS->User permissions->Logged-In users->click "Edit User Mappings" for an existing role to go to the "Manage Permission Role" screen.
2.Select "Select Individual Users" option and assign the device users and SMB users by selecting the checkbox under the Add New User in the same screen and apply the changes.
3.Download the auditlog and unzip the auditfile.zip file to verify the event:144 captured in the main auditfile.txt.
Scenario 2:
4.Follow the step 2 to select "All Logged-In Users" to set role for every one and follow step 3 to verify the auditlog event.
