<ol><li value="1">In CWIS- Properties- General Setup- Extensible Service Setup- settings under Display control keypad within EIP apps select "Hide within all apps" .<br />
</li><li value="2">In CWIS - Properties - Apps - Custom Apps - Weblet Management install a Weblet which has the &amp;lt;AllowSoftKeypad tag value in description.xml set to true (EmailWebletTrue.weblet).<br />
3.Verify that the weblet is not installed on the device.</li></ol>

OUTPUT: <p>Weblet should not be installed on the device.</p>
