PROCEDURE:

  1. In CWIS navigate to properties-Apps-Display-Show/Hide Tab.
  2. Select "AppGoogledrive62x46.weblet" from the list of registered services and uncheck the corresponding check box
  3. Click the Apply button.
  4. Confirm that disabled Weblet is no longer available in the following pages:
  5. Via CWIS navigate to properties-Apps-Display- Order Tab.
  6. Via CWIS navigate to properties -Login/Permissions/Accounting -accounting methods-Auxiliary access Device -Apps Access & Accounting.
  7. Via CWIS navigate to properties -Login/Permissions/Accounting -User Permissions role -Non- logged- In users /Logged-In users -Edit-Apps & Tools.
  8. Via CWIS navigate to properties -Login/Permissions/Accounting - User permissions - User Permission Roles - Non-Logged-In User - Summary - Apps and Tools.
  9. Via CWIS navigate to properties -Login/Permissions/Accounting - User permissions - User Permission Roles - Device Management - Summary - Apps and Tools and All Features.
  10. Via CWIS navigate to properties -Login/Permissions/Accounting - User permissions - User Permission Roles - Logged-In Users - Click "Edit User Mappings" near created Custom Role - Apps & Tools tab.
  11. Via CWIS navigate to properties -Login/Permissions/Accounting - User permissions - User Permission Roles - Logged-In Users - Click "Summary" near created Custom Role - Apps & Tools and All Features.
  12. Via CWIS navigate to properties -Login/Permissions/Accounting - User permissions - User Permission Roles - Device Management - Accounting Administrator /Device Administrator - Summary - Apps and Tools and All Features.
  13. At LUI confirm that enabled Weblet is displayed on the Service Home pathway.
  14. At LUI login as admin- Navigate to Machine status - Tools-Accounting settings -Accounting mode -Auxiliary access-App Access and Accounting .
  15. At LUI login as admin and navigate to Tool-App Settings-Display.
  16. Select the Weblet from a list of registered services and uncheck the corresponding check box and apply the settings.
  17. Repeat steps 4-12.

    \ Note: Repeat Steps 1-17 with "Apponedrive62x46.weblet "
OUTPUT:

The disabled Weblet should no longer available  in all service screen except Weblet management screen in CWIS and LUI.
