TESTCASE_HEADLINE: CQGbl00999106_3-To verify whether with Network Accounting and Job Build ON, scan jobs are added to the current  user's account with "Enable prompting for all the services"  for Pre Authorization and Capture usage.

INPUT: 1.In CWIS, Go to Properties->Login/Permissions/Accounting->Accounting and select "Network Accounting" as the accounting method
2.Using JBA tool, create an user id and account id
3.Select the "Enable prompting for all the services" and enable the validation.
4.Under Account Work flow select the "Pre Authorization and Capture Usage" and save for Scan Job.

PROCEDURE: 1.Configure the MFD for Convenience Authentication and initialize the MFP
2.Create a Scan Workflow template where Build Job is ENABLED by default. 
3.With card swipe log on to the machine with  user1, scan a job using the Scan Workflow Template , release the job from Preauthorization server and  Log off.
4.Open the Putty/JBA and  Verify the Expected result (1) 
5.Log on to the machine with a  user2, Select workflow scanning Service enter the use rid /Account id ,scan a job using the Scan Workflow Template , release the job from Preauthorization server and  Log off.
6.Open the  Putty/JBA  and  Verify the Expected result (2)  in JBA /Putty\
Note1:Repeat the same for copy ,print ,fax ,Single Touch\
Note2:Repeat the same steps with user prompting as Colour prompting,Custom.\
Note3:Repeat the same with Built Job OFF

OUTPUT: 1.The current logged on user's USER ID should get displayed in (accounting-information-avp = "XRX_USERID,user1" and job-owner = "user1")
2.The current  the logged on user's USER ID should get displayed in(accounting-information-avp = "XRX_USERID,user2" and job-owner = "user2")
