TESTCASE_HEADLINE: CQGbl01008328_2-To verify whether the registration of  any EIP Application when FIPS is enabled is success.

INPUT: 1) On CWIS/Properties/Security/Encryption
2) Click on the FIPS Link and Select Enable, hit Apply
3) Run (Accept all Exemptions when prompted)
4) Select Reboot the Machine. Device will reboot.
5) When machine is up, go back to FIPS Link and verify Enable is selected.

PROCEDURE: 1. Launch the Registration Client Tool
2. Enter IP Address, admin and password
3. Click Connect then click the List button to display registered services
4. Click Create New button
5. Click Load from XM button (it should bring up a separate window list of .xml files)
6. Select a file then click Open then hit Create button
7. Verify that the app is registered in XUI and launches properly.
8. Repeat step 6 and select ScanTest.xml.  Then submit a scan job using the EIP Scan Test app. Check the expected result (1)\
Note1: Repeat the same with FIPS disabled.\
Note2: Reboot the machine and repeat verify the step 6.\
Note3: Do POPO and verify the step 6.

OUTPUT: 1. The job should be complete successfully
