  1. In CWIS login as SA and navigate to Properties->Services->Printing->General-> Enable the banner sheet option and disable the “Allow the Print Driver to Override” option. 2. Set the Banner Sheet Identification as Xerox 3. Network Accounting Used ID and Job Name. 3. Navigate to Properties-Login/Permission/Accounting->Accounting Method-> Configure XSA accounting. 3. Enable tracking for all jobs. 4. Create new account used id with Maximum Characters. 5. Install device PS driver and configure for the device. 6. In driver properties configure XSA account method with Maximum User ID.
PROCEDURE:

  1. From the Windows PC, submit a Print job, using the Xerox PS driver. 2. Check the "Required Content-User name" element of the job Owner string in the banner page. Compare with sample.
OUTPUT:

The Required Content element of User name field is displayed limited text in the 1 inch from left edge of banner page. If the job owner string is longer than the maximum character for Element A, then the job owner string will be cut.
