<ol><li value="1">Download the attached ".ps" files from the CQ and save it in the PC.</li></ol>

PROCEDURE: <p></p>
<ol><li value="1">Load A4 Pre-Printed paper into an internal tray down and rotated by 180 degree (it should be loaded per the picture in the tray). <br />
</li><li value="2">Confirm the paper tray as A4 LEF, Preprinted, White <br />
</li><li value="3">Install the X-GPD PS 5.469.8.10 (latest SPAR release) onto a windows 7 client (64bit) <br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1. Open a 2 page Word document (OTSG used "Pre_printed sample.docx") <br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2. With the first page of the document selected go to Page Layout – Page  Setup <br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;a. Select the Paper tab  - select Tray 1 for [First Page] Tray 1 for [Other   Pages] <br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;b. Select Ok <br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3. Select File – Print – select Current Page for [Page Range] <br />
</li><li value="4">Select Ok to print the job (Note: do not change any driver settings) <br />
confirm(1).<br />
</li><li value="5">Go back into Page Layout - Page Setup and put the tray selections back to Default Tray/Automatically Select, then select Ok <br />
</li><li value="6">Select File – Print – Properties to open the driver UI. <br />
</li><li value="7">Select Tray 1 for [Select by Tray], then select OK. confirm(1).<br />

Note : Repeat all the steps, without loading pre-printed papers in the trays and wait to go for "Resources Required" state and confirm (1).</li></ol>
