TESTCASE_HEADLINE: The MFD shall support the HTTP "Upgrade" header as defined in RFC2817.  The MFD shall accept the Upgrade request and MUST send the "101 Switching Protocol" and MUST include an Upgrade response header specifying the tokens of the protocol stack it is switching to. (per Section 3.3)

PROCEDURE: 1: Disable HTTPS on the device by navigating through to connectivity->Setup->HTTP and select 'Force Travel Over SSL" as No radio button and save.\
2: Submit secured ipps job by ipptool  -tv -E -f $testfile ipps://$printer-ip/ipp/print print-job.test  where testfile is the file to be submitted for print and it can be name of the file along with extension if the file is placed in the same location else the complete path of the file with extension if it is located in another location as ipp test tool.

OUTPUT: 1: SA submits the ipp print job with upgrade header on to MFD with http disabled. The MFD will be switched to HTTPs to perform the job.
