TESTCASE_HEADLINE: NFC NDEF records to be written even if the interface is not available for IP traffic,  when Ethernet cable is not connected to the device

INPUT: 1. Atleast one of the interface is up on the MFD for example eth0.
2. Provide a hostname to the MFD from the DNS page in CWIS by navigating through Properties->Setup->Connectivity->IP->DNS page or from LUI.
3. Ethernet cable is removed from the MFD.
4. NFC APP is available in the client used for testing.
5. MFD has NFC indicator to indicate NFC is installed on the device.

PROCEDURE: 1. Restart the MFD.
2. Once the MFD has come to ready state, tap on the NFC app in the client mobile near to the MFD NFC indicator and verify the records are getting logged.
3.  Verify from the NFC records that the NFC NDEF records are written even if the interface is not available for IP traffic, The record that will be written is the "Requested hostname", MAC Address of the MFD, Vendor name, model name, UUID etc.

OUTPUT: NFC NDEF records are updated even if the interface is not available for IP traffic,  when Ethernet cable is not connected to the device
