1. Device is in wireless mode and in a DHCP enabled nework.
2.MFD should be flashed with D3.6 or above builds.
3. WebUI must be accessible.
4. User should Logged in as SA.
5. Ensure zero configuration (auto IP) disabled from MFD.
PROCEDURE:
1. From Server manager, turn off the DHCPv4 service.
2. Reboot the MFD.
3.MFD will not obtain any DHCP address and will not get an autoIP address once it's came to ready state.
4. In Device backchannel, enter the below command attach_cc
5. Select option 2 (App main menu)
6. Then type "z" and enter
7. Select option 12 (status manager menu)
8.Select option 1 (Display status list)
9.Check for status code 17-524-02 under display status list.
10.Now turn on the DHCPv4 service from server manager.
11.From device LUI navigate through Device -> tools -> Network settings -> TCP/IP setting and click on "reset to default" tab.
12. Device will acquire an ip address through DHCP.
OUTPUT:
1. A Status message should display on the Device LUI, SR2 region stating "No IPv4 Connectivity. The device failed to dynamically obtain an IPv4 address from a server. Notify your local System Administrator."
2.Status Code 17-524-02 should be generated and listed under Display status list.
3.Status message should be cleared from the device SR region once DHCP service is turn on from server manager and device acquire an ip address through DHCP.
