INPUT: <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. Device is in wireless mode and in a DHCP enabled nework.<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2.MFD should be flashed with D3.6 or above builds. </p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. WebUI must be accessible. </p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. User should Logged in as SA. </p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;5. Ensure zero configuration (auto IP) enabled from MFD.</p>

PROCEDURE: <p></p><p>1.Restrict the DHCP scope on the server for three(3) clients.<br />
2.Connect two(2) devices to DHCP enabled network.<br />
3.Device in DHCP mode with a valid DHCP lease. All other leases in use.<br />
4.Turn off the MFD.<br />
5.Delete MFD lease from the DHCP server, bring up another device that takes the lease the MFD used to have.<br />
6.Boot up the MFD.<br />
7.MFD will try to get the previously used DHCP address, but should be an error from the DHCP server because that address is used by another device and it has no other IPs to give out.<br />
8.MFD will obtain a self assigned address(169.254.x.x).</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. In Device backchannel, enter the below command attach_cc</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;5. Select option 2 (App main menu)</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;6. Then type "z" and enter</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;7. Select option 12 (status manager menu)<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;8.Select option 1 (Display status list)<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;9.Check for status code 17-526-02 under display status list.</p>

OUTPUT: <p></p><p>1.MFD shoud not fetch any IP address from DHCP server.<br />
2.Status Code 17-526-02 should be generated and listed under Display status list.</p>
