PROCEDURE: 1. Login as SA from WebUI and navigate to properties -> connectivity -> proxy server.
2. Enable the HTTP proxy server and save the settings. 
3. Check whether the HTTP proxy server was successfully enabled.
4. Disable the HTTP proxy server and save the settings. 
5. Check whether the HTTP proxy server was successfully disabled.

OUTPUT: The system should provide the ability to enable/disable the use of the HTTP Proxy settings
