PROCEDURE: <p>WEB User Interface Config: 1) May prompt for login and password sooner, depending on navigation process. Example: User ID: admin Password: 1111. 2) CWIS-Select Scan Tab 3) From the "New Distribution Template" screen, Enter Template Name, Enter a Scan Destination, Friendly Name, Protocol, IP address, and Document Path. Enter Login Credentials, if needed. 4) Select Add.</p>

OUTPUT: <p>1) On the Web User Interface, a small icon of a person will be next to the login in the right corner if it is logged in correctly. 2)New Distribution Template screen is displayed. 3) Confirm all the information is entered 4) After selecting "add", verify the Template is visible on the Local User Interface &amp;amp; the Web UI.
