PROCEDURE:1) At the printer, Select the "Services" button, which would state on the Local UI "Select a Service" On the printer itself, select "Service Home button" 2) On the LUI, Touch "COPY" 3) Touch "Job Assembly" 4) Touch "Build Job" icon on LUI 5) Touch "ON" . 6) Insert documents on top of the tray 7) Press the Start Button 8) Confirm under expected results what the Segment section displays. 9) When ready, "Press Submit a Job" . ,

OUTPUT:1) On the printer, the "Services" button has an outline of a house on the button. 2) "Ready to Scan your job" is stated after selecting the COPY feature. 3) "Ready to Scan your job" is stated after selecting JOB ASSEMBLY feature. Other features displayed (to make sure you are on right screen on the LUI, are: Build Job Option, Sample Job, Saved current settings, Retrieve Save settings. 4) Build Job screen displays. 5) Build Job screen still displays with Segment # of Pages and Quantity as part of the LUI and some options. 6) Documents are inserted and ready to scan 7) Feeder of top tray starts to take documents one by one. 8) File names are displayed in the columns of Segment & # of pages. 9) A loading progress bar will slide left to right (while trying to submit). After jobs completed through submittal, confirm no jobs are displayed anymore. Note: If they complete, they should be displayed under "Completed Jobs". Once the documents are scanned, individually or all at once (no
preference), segments are in their queue, progress bar will load and confirm it will state "complete."
