Server Fax is configured to send to a server. See Scan to File Setup Page (http://13.121.222.34/tikiwiki-3.5/tiki-index.php?page=Scan+to+File+Setup#General_Server_Information)

PROCEDURE:

  1. In the WebUI navigate to Scan > Templates > Create New Template 2. In the New Distribution Template page fill in a Template Name and select the 'Enter a Server Fax Number' radio button. 3. In the 'Add Fax Number' field enter a test number to send the server fax to and click the Add button next to the text field. 4. Click the 'Add' button at the bottom of the page. 5. At the device go to Workflow Scanning. 6. Under the list of templates select the name of the template created in step 4. 7. Run the scan job.
OUTPUT:

A template can be configured with the Scan to File service with only a server fax destination. The attempted scan will complete and no error page is printed (no errors exist for the scan).
