<ol><li value="1">In the WebUI navigate to Scan &amp;gt; Templates &amp;gt; Create New Template 2. In the New Distribution Template page fill in a Template Name and select the 'Enter a Scan Destination' radio button. 3. Enter a Friendly Name in the corresponding text field. Refer to the Scan to File Setup Page to fill in valid protocol and login information. 4. Click the 'Add' button at the bottom of the page. 5. Under Destination Services check the 'Fax' checkbox. Then under the 'Fax' section click on the 'Add' button. 6. In the 'Add Fax Number' field enter a test number to send the server fax to and click the Add button next to the text field. Then click the Apply button. 7. At the device go to Workflow Scanning. 8. Under the list of templates select the name of the template created in step 4. 9. Run the scan job.</li></ol>

OUTPUT: <p>A template can be configured with the Scan to File service with both a server fax destination and Scan to File destination. The attempted scan will complete to both destinations and no error page is printed (no errors exist for the scan).</p>
