Ensure the device has Configure the valid exchange email server as SMTP and POP3

PROCEDURE:

  1. Goto WebUI login as admin->Properties->APPS->Select Internet fax setup. 2.configure SMTP server manually and enter IP address , port number and device email address properly. 4. In LUI, select the 'Internet Fax' feature from the home screen . 5.Select the icon for 'New Recipient' from the iFax recipient screen. 6.Verify the maximum of 128 recipients can be added by the sender. 7.Verify the each recipient address will contain upto 255 characters. 8.check if the longer recipient address is received,it shall be truncated.
OUTPUT:

1) The maximum 128 address should be added in recipient field at LUI. 2) The Recipient address should contain upto 255 characters & if a longer recipient address is received, should be truncated.
