TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To verify that the authorized users (RA/DA rights) shall be able to access the Local UI home screen

INPUT: <p>1.Make sure Authentication and Authorization method is set to Local. <br />
2.Make sure few Device users (Test1,Test2 &amp;amp; Test 3) shall be created.<br />
3.Create Restricted Admin role via webUI-&amp;gt;Properties-&amp;gt;login as admin-&amp;gt;Login/permission/accounting-&amp;gt; User permissions-&amp;gt; User Permission roles-&amp;gt;Device Management-&amp;gt; Create new role and Edit created role-&amp;gt;Select All logged-In users and select Exceptions check box to select some individual users (Test1 (unchecked)) from the user list and apply the settings.</p>

PROCEDURE: <p>1.Login in LUI home screen as the user (Test1) who has selected individually (by checking exceptions), check if the "Customize" button is available in the bottom of the UI home screen.<br />
2.Now login as the user other than the individually selected user (Test 2 to Test3)  and check if the "Customize" button is available in the bottom/footer of the UI home screen and try to select the Customize button.<br />
3.Repeat the above steps with Authorization method Remotely on network.</p>

OUTPUT: <p>1.Customize button should not be available for Unauthorized user.<br />
2.Customize button is available for authorized user and he should be able to access the Customize options.</p>,
