TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To verify the "Add/Edit User" pages are  translated properly to the respective languages selected by the user.

INPUT: 1. Make sure the device CWIS is available/functional 

PROCEDURE: Scenario A: (Add User)
1. Change the CWIS language to English.
2. Open CWIS and Navigate to Login/Permission/Accounting  --  Device User Database.
3. In Device User Database screen, click 'Add New User' button. 
4. Check the content of the Add New User page and verify the expected result.

Scenario B: (Edit User)
1. Create an user in the device by using the Account Requirements settings.
2. Now Change the CWIS language to English.
2. Open CWIS and Navigate to Login/Permission/Accounting  --  Device User Database.
3. Click the 'edit' button for the user that you have created.
4. In Edit User page, Check the content of all the settings and verify the expected result.

Note: Repeat the Scenario A and B by changing the WebUI language to some other supported languages and verify the expected result.

OUTPUT: The Add/Edit User pages and its content should be translated to the appropriate languages selected by the user in CWIS.
