TESTCASE_HEADLINE: Validating that IIT boot code and IIT App Code are upgradable during Forced Altboot Upgrade when there is a version mismatch when compared with SBC

<ol><li value="1">Make sure that a Skylight/Snowdon build is available which has higher version of IIT.<br />
</li><li value="2">Check the Scan Engine version in the current build via Configuration Report.</li></ol>

PROCEDURE: <p></p>
<ol><li value="1">Upgrade the Skylight/Snowdon device via Forced Altboot to the build which has higher version of IIT.<br />
</li><li value="2">While upgrading check that the NC and CC modules are upgraded first and then the IIT (Scan module) is initiated for an upgrade.<br />
</li><li value="3">Once the device came to ready state after upgrade check the Scan Engine Version and check that whether its in higher version.</li></ol>

OUTPUT: <p>IIT boot code and IIT App Code should be upgradable during Forced Altboot Upgrade when there is a version mismatch with SBC.</p>
