INPUT: <p>Test device IP address. Access to an SNMP process to allow you to walk the MIB. An SNMP process is stored on PublicTemp under SNMP Tools. Copy to your desktop and follow the Install instructions. The instructions will explain how to unzip the files needed and how to run the SNMP test tool. File name is called: Setup SNMP Test Tool.doc</p>

PROCEDURE: <p>Once the SNMP program has been unzipped follow the steps from the attached word document. Follow the instructions on the single page procedure called Walk the MIB: The location in the MIB would be hrSwInstalled. The table number location is 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.6.3</p>

OUTPUT: <p>Once you select Get Table from the SNMP test tool you will see a list of the Sw modules. Confirm that the list matches up from the table on the spec document (FS 22.081) found on pages 14-16. It should be possible to derive the name and software version from the hrSwInstalled table in the MIB for each of the software modules.</p>
