INPUT: Make sure the SMTP protocol is configured in "Connectivity " webpage

PROCEDURE: 1. In CWIS, login as admin user 
2. Configure authentication method as " Validate on network" 
3. Go to Properties->Services->Server Fax->Fax Repository setup 
4. Select "SMTP" as the protocol and check the expected result (1)
5. Click the "Destination Test" button and check the expected result (2)

Note: Repeat the test case by changing the browser language to all CWIS Supported languages

OUTPUT: 1. "Destination Test" button is should be disabled if SMTP protocol is configured already.
2. Message using Java script should say  “Destination test can not be performed when Protocol is set to SMTP”
