SPEC_TAG: CCSFEAT18605 The system shall provide an identifier (a checksum) whenever a template is retrieved or created via web services (a GET, PUT, REPLACE or a LIST).  The template management application will supply this identifier when a template modification or deletion is required.  The identifier supplied by the application must match the identifier created by the system for the selected template for the modification or deletion to occur. 

PROCEDURE: 1: Open the STM client and connect to your device of choice.\
2: Verify that each template is given a checksum value by Template Management. \
3: Verify that if the checksum value is invalid the template may not be modified or deleted.  This can be accomplished by useing two STM clients at the same time--even on the same workstation.  Display this list of templates on both cleints.  Then use one client to modify a template--this will change its checksum value.  Use the other client to modify/delete the template that you changed--the STM client will throw a checksum error.
