INPUT: <p><br />
1.Scan to Cloud Email app should be installed in the device.<br />
2.Make sure that the Scan Extension web service should be enabled.</p>

PROCEDURE: <p>Scenario 1:<br />1.Go to LUI-&amp;gt;Select EIP Scan to Cloud Email app-&amp;gt;Enter valid email id and select file format as "PDF/A" and uncheck the searchable option if it is checked.</p>

<li>Once scan job completed successfully check the attached document file format for the scanned image.<br />Scenario 2:<br />3.Follow step 1 to select file format "PDF/A" and also check the "Searchable" option checkbox and select any one of the listed language.<br />4.Now perform scan job.<br />5.Once job is completed and reached destination successfully</li>

<p>open the attached scanned image and search (Ctrl+F) any word from the scanned image and confirm that should be highlighted.<br /><br />Note: Follow the above steps to try with different language and confirm the output.</p>

OUTPUT: <p>Scenario:<br />
EIP Scan feature should support  PDF/A file format and the job should be reached successfully and scanned image should be in PDF format.<br />
Scenario 2:<br />
The scan job should be reached successfully and the scanned  image should be searchable.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
