DESCRIPTION: [D2.2 - *] If a Local UI user is accessing a weblet that is deleted or replaced, then the LUI (via the EIP Browser) shall gracefully handle the weblet removal.  (For example, the LUI may indicate that the page can no longer be found or it may exit the EIP Browser returning the user to the LUI Home screen.)
