DESCRIPTION: If the MFD is restarted after a DHCP address has been successfully configured on the system, then it shall first try to reacquire the last address it had. The MFD shall try to reacquire its old address for approximately 32 seconds before it gives up and tries to discover a new address by starting the DHCP process over again.
