1. Screen after selecting

Success Criteria
1. User with the appropriate permissions shall be able to select a csv file. Only csv files shall be allowed to be imported.
2. User with the appropriate permissions shall be able to select SEMI COLON as the separator.
3. User with the appropriate permissions shall be able to select to add the contacts from the csv file to existing contacts in the Device Address Book. On Successful importing, The contacts shall be added to the Device Address Book
3.1. updating all contacts in the Left Hand Column of the Address Book screen in CWIS. the numbers in the "All Contacts" should be a sum of the numbers of existing contacts in the Device Address Book prior to the import and the number of contacts in the csv
3.2. the updating the Middle Column with all the contacts
3.3. Middle Column contacts list in CWIS should be properly grouped
3.4. Sorting of the contacts in the Middle Column should be the same algorithm prior to the import.
4. UTF-8 characters in CWIS shall be exactly the same as they appear when the csv is viewed in a UTF-8 supported editor.
5. Walk Up user shall be able to view consolidated contacts accurately by the filters / sorting algorithm used at the Display Search Result Window.
