Success Criteria
1. If the headings in the csv file are different from what is expected from a Sensation 2012 device, then on selection of "Upload File", user with the appropriate permissions shall be able to map column headings in csv file to field labels in the Device Address Book.
2. User with the appropriate permissions shall be presented with sample information from the csv file if available. if not available, then sample data should be left blank.
3. User with the appropriate permissions at this stage shall be allowed to not to import a field. The exception is the "Display Name".
4. User with the appropriate permissions shall be allowed to accurately upload the csv data in to Device Address Book based on selections made during the import process.
