PROCEDURE: 1. Upload the Paper Catalog file at Same time in both XDM (Web Service API Test Tool) and WebUI
XDM (Web Service API Test Tool):
Upload the Paper Catalog file with large quantity to the printer\
WebUI:
Try to upload catalog to printer while another upload is in progress

OUTPUT: Concurrent Paper catalog operation will not be allowed(One at a time):
1.First Upload request will be accepted and completed. Paper catalogs from XDM (Web Service API Test Tool) will be uploaded into the printer
2.Second Request will be suspended due to timeout issue and thrown upload failure error
