TESTCASE_HEADLINE: Secure print Job Release by user with default permissions

INPUT: 1. User A with valid accounting ID should be created in device.
2. Banner sheet for print job, Confirmation report for scan & Fax jobs should be enabled in the device.

PROCEDURE: 1. Enable Custom Authentication & XSA (Xerox Standard Accounting) with prompting for all services.
2. Enable Hold All jobs in a Private Queue & Auto Release.
3. Create a user C with default permission & ensure that the user name is same as that of custom authentication user.
4. In Web UI login as user C and submit a secure print job with User A's accounting code.
5. From LUI swipe user C's card and release the job.
6. Check the print usage limit of user A.
7. Do a Fax & Workflow scanning job by entering valid accounting codes as Custom Authentication user C.

OUTPUT: 1. Print job will be released and printed successfully & the print usage limit of user A will be decremented by the no. of pages printed including Banner sheet. 
2. Custom authentication user can do Copy and Email jobs & the usage limits will be decremented correctly for the Copy & Scan jobs and also print usgae limit for the confirmation reports printed will also be tracked..
