1. Enable Custom Authentication & XSA (Xerox Standard Accounting) with prompting for all services. 2. Enable Hold All jobs in a Private Queue & Manual Release. 3. Create a user A with Accounting Admin permission & ensure that the user name is same as that of custom authentication user A. 4. In Web UI login as user A and submit a normal print job (20 pages) with valid accounting code. 5. From LUI swipe user A's card and release the job. 6. Check the print usage limit of user A. 7. Do a Fax & Email job by entering valid accounting codes as Custom Authentication user A. 8. Check the Fax & scan usage limits of user A.
OUTPUT:1. Print job will be released and printed successfully & the print usage limit of user A will be decremented by the no. of pages printed including Banner sheet. 2. Custom authentication user can do Fax and Email jobs & the usage limits will be decremented correctly for the Fax & Scan jobs and also print usgae limit for the confirmation reports printed (only for Scan job) will also be tracked.
