INPUT: 1. XSA Accounting should be enabled and tracking is ON for Fax job.
2. Ensure that print driver is installed in client desktop.
3. Ensure the username of client PC, Custom authentication user & XSA user are same.

PROCEDURE: <p>1. Enable Custom Authentication &amp; XSA (Xerox Standard Accounting) with prompting enabled for print. 2. Create a user A in device user database &amp; ensure that the user name is same as that of custom authentication user A. 3. Open a document and select print &amp; the respective driver. 4. Go to Printing option and Select Job type as Fax. 5. Enter multiple recipient name &amp; Fax address (among which one address should be invalid or not reachable)</p>, <p>Configure cover sheet</p>, <p>Enable confirmation report%2c delay time and send fax. 6. Check the Fax usage limit of user A via Web UI.</p>

OUTPUT: <p>LAN fax will start tranfering after the given delay time and the Fax usage limit is decremented by [number of images including Cover Sheets * number of destinations to which the job successfully delivered]</p>, ,
