TESTCASE_HEADLINE: Validate that submitting the software DLM file from D4.0 release to D4.0 release via RC Tool the device will perform/upgrade (Wipe) all upgradable modules.

Initiate software upgrade via RC tool. 2.Observe that device accepts the DLM file and performs the SW upgrade   with applicable module and also note down the timeline while upgrading the device ● Time from submit to going to reboot ● Time till SW Upgrade Please Wait.. ● Time for all modules complete ● Time of each reboot afterwards ● Time of upgrade report printed 3.For confirming the WIPE installation
