TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To validate the previous D3.7 settings are retained automatically after downgrading the MFP from D4.0 release to D3.7 release via Software upgrade utility.

INPUT: 1. Make sure "Software Upgrade Security Installation Policy" is enabled
2. In D3.7 MFP, Set the user defined values to energy saver timers (example: low power to 10 and sleep to 5)
3. Configure the email app with valid SMTP settings (example:smart.com), configure the default workflow scanning with necessary FTP server details
4. Change the MFD time to 11.45 PM for midnight clone file creation.
5. Once the MFD time is 12.15 AM, check whether clone to self file is created in file zilla/teraterm by using the below path/commands.
(var/opt/nc/dlms/upgrade/data/clone_self).

PROCEDURE: 1.  Upgrade the MFP from D3.7 to D4.0 via Software upgrade utility 
i. Open the SWUP tool and select 'Add Devices' from 'Add a Device' pop-up
ii. Enter the IP Address/Host Name, User Name and Password
iii. Select the 'Add' button
iv. Select 'Next' to move from "Step 1: Add" to "Step 2: Verify" and choose Upgrade Folder then select Verify
v. Select 'Next' to move from Step 2: Verify to Step 3: Upgrade.
vi. Leave the default settings in "additional install options"
vii. Click the "upgrade" button to start the upgrade

2. Once software upgrade is done, Change the user defined values to energy saver timers (example: low power to 25 and sleep to 10)
3. Change the email app with valid SMTP settings(example:cat.com), configure the default workflow scanning with necessary SMB server details
4. Downgrade the MFP to D3.7 via Software upgrade utility
5. Once the MFP is ready, Check the confirmation (1 and 2)

OUTPUT: 1. Software downgrade should be completed successfully.
2. MFP should be retained and come up with D3.7 backup settings automatically (Example: Energy saver time of low power mode to 10, sleep mode to 5, Email app with SMTP settings and default workflow scanning with FTP server details
