TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To Verify that if delayed/pending/All debug files with protocol report/Activity Report/Completed Job queue shall be deleted for Standard Job Data Removal.

INPUT: 1. Make Sure that Device is with latest D4.0 Build.

  2. Make Sure that Device is installed with SSD.

  3. Make sure that
    (i) Print/copy Jobs are being held in the device.
    (ii) Initiated delayed job to device.
    (iii) Ensure that more than 10 jobs(copy, print and scan) is being saved in the completed job list.
    iv) Perform some secure print jobs with password from drivers/CWIS. (Minimum 10 jobs)
    4.Tera term should be connect to the MFD

PROCEDURE: 1. In LUI navigate to device -> tools -> security.

  2. Select Job data removal and choose Standard data removal option and schedule it.
    3.Once the standard job data removal completes check for the jobs being stored in queue completed list and held list.
    4.Check for Tera term logs for the job being deleted during full job data removal process.

OUTPUT: After the successfully completion of Standard data job removal jobs being stored in queue completed list and held list shall be deleted.

Note: Logs for Jobs being deleted should be captured in the Tera Term.
