TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To Verify that whenever the Standard/Full Job data Removal is initiated, all jobs irrespective of the job state, the job shall be deleted.

INPUT: 1. Make Sure that Device is with latest D4.0 Build.

  2. Make Sure that Device is installed with SSD.

  3. Make sure that
    (i) Print/copy Jobs are being held in the device.
    (ii) Initiated delayed job to device.
    (iii) Ensure that more than 10 jobs(copy, print and scan) is being saved in the completed job list.
    iv) Perform some secure print jobs with password from drivers/CWIS. (Minimum 10 jobs)
    4.Tera term should be connect to the MFD

PROCEDURE: 1. Login as "Admin" in CWIS.

  2. Navigate to Properties -> Security -> Job Data Removal -> Scheduled.

  3. Click on "Enabled" Radio Button.

  4. Click on "Frequency" dropdown and select "Daily".

  5. Manually enter the time in the time text box.

  6. 
    (a) Click on "Standard" radio Button and click on Apply button.
    (b) Click on "Full" radio Button and click on Apply button.

OUTPUT: The Print/Copy/Scan jobs being processed should be deleted when the Full/Standard Job Data Removal begins.
