TESTCASE_HEADLINE: Verifying the functionality of keyboard Operational Hot Keys - French

INPUT: 1. XCA should be installed (French) in seperate PC with Keyboard and mouse attached.
2. Test PC and Test printer should be connected through USB cable.
3. Test PC should be connected with Ear phone/Speaker to enable the text to speech option.

PROCEDURE: 1. Open the Xerox Copier Assistant (XCA) application.
2. Connect the speaker or Ear phones to the test PC and enable the Speech option in XCA under Preference tab.
3. Use the below Keyboard hot keys.
•  F1 Help
• F2 Say current control’s value
•  F3 Say current control’s name
•  F4 Say help for current control
•  F5 Say information about current control’s value
• F6 Recite the job settings for all tabs (main)
•  F6 Recite dialog settings (subdialogs)
• Shift+F6 Recite the job settings for the current tab (main)
•  F7 Recite list of shortcuts for current tab
•  F9 Default All (main)
• F10 Start copying (main)
•  F11 Recite status (main)
•  F12 or Ctrl+S Stop speaking
•  Shift+F12 Stop speaking current sentence
•  Tab Move to next control
•  Shift+Tab Move to previous

OUTPUT: The XCA should support keyboard Operational Hot Keys to assist the user and voice over speech should be describe to the end user the Copy commands when those commands are called upon.
