2. Test PC and Test printer should be connected through USB cable.
3. Test PC should be connected with Ear phone/Speaker to enable the text to speech option.

PROCEDURE: 1. Open the Xerox Copier Assistant (XCA) application.
2. Create a alerts like paper tray empty, toner empty and paper jam in the connected printer.
3. Check the appropriate alert message is displayed in the XCA application.

OUTPUT: Whenever an alert event happens on the MFP - that alert notification text should be displayed within the XCA application.
