INPUT: 1. XCA should be installed (French) in seperate PC with Keyboard and mouse attached.
2. Test PC and Test printer should be connected through USB cable.
3. Test PC should be connected with Ear phone/Speaker to enable the text to speech option.

PROCEDURE: 1. In test printer, load the below paper type in the tray 1 and confiugre the paper color and type as follow.
Paper size: 11X17
Paper color: Green
Paper type: Recycled 
2.Open the Xerox Copier Assistant (XCA) application.
3. Select the tray 1 in Tray drop down list and observe the tray configuration details in XCA application.
4. Repeat the above steps with different paper configuration, Trays and check the settings detected automatically in XCA for all configuration.
 

OUTPUT: The XCA should detect the paper size, color, and type inserted into each tray and should display these attributes in the Tray control field
