INPUT: 1. Install the XCA tool with the default language as "English"
2. Test PC and Test printer should be connected through USB cable.
3. Test PC should be connected with Ear phone/Speaker to enable the text to speech option.
4. In test device set the Copy Defaults for the options that can't be set by XCA Tools (Ex., Output Color).

PROCEDURE: 1. Run XCA Tool and submit a copy job.

OUTPUT: Even though XCA cant't have most Copy Defaults options, the job submitted to the device will be printed based on the default setting set in the device (EX., Output Color).
