PROCEDURE: 1. Open the Web UI navigate to Properties -> Security -> USB Port Security.
2. Check the box labeled 'Rear USB Ports (Pair)' and uncheck the box labeled 'Front USB Port' then click the Apply button & Reboot the device. 
3. Navigate to Properties -> Connectivity -> Setup-> USB Settings -> USB Connection Mode. 
4. Set the USB connection mode default settings as "Direct Printing Via Driver" and save the settings.
5. Navigate to Properties -> General setup -> Software Upgrade.
6. Browse the latest DLM and click on "Install Software".
7. Check the USB device and host port settings after upgrade.

OUTPUT: The Device should retain the setting "Direct Printing Via Driver" & the host port settings (Front -> Disabled & Rear -> Enabled) even after software upgrade.
